Domestic Violence Reports and Sexual Assault Data Entry Trainings Now Available
ICJIA released two new comprehensive training series designed to help InfoNet users maximize the system’s data entry and reporting features.
Domestic Violence Reports Training Series
This training series describes the purpose of each report type and demonstrates how to run them. Users will learn:
- How to generate standard reports that show aggregate data on client information, services/programs, and client interactions with medical and/or legal/criminal justice systems, including with application of data filters.
- How to run management reports that show record and aggregate level data on clients, staff and services, and orders of protection.
- How to review exception reports to improve the completeness and quality of a provider’s InfoNet data.
- How to create ad hoc and funder-specific reports using a variety of filters and criteria that address specific data needs.
- A high-level overview of InfoNet’s Data Exchange Tool, which allows providers with a separate data system to import client service records into InfoNet.

Sexual Assault Data Entry Training Series
This training series demonstrates how to enter and manage sexual assault client and service data in InfoNet. Users will learn:
- How to enter data on client intake, person(s) who caused harm, and client interactions with medical and/or legal/criminal justice systems.
- How to add client update records to document changing client circumstances over time while engaged in services.
- How to enter data on all service types, including direct client, group, emergency housing, anonymous crisis intervention, community, and institutional advocacy.
- How to search for, edit, and delete different types of records.
- An overview of InfoNet’s administrative features, demonstrating how to enter and edit information about their organization, staff and volunteers, other staff activities, funding sources, and community referral/partner agencies.
